This brief onboarding call is designed to walk you through your Executive Readiness Snapshot Assessment results, aligned with the ThinkBig® Executive Readiness Measurement™ (TERI™). During this call, we will: Confirm your Executive Readiness profile Clarify what your results indicate about your readiness to operate at the executive level Outline the next steps for alignment, onboarding, or development within the ThinkBig® ecosystem This is not a coaching session or sales call. It is a clarity and setup conversation to ensure you are positioned correctly based on your readiness. Please arrive prepared and on time. This call is intentionally brief and focused. TERI™ is a proprietary executive readiness measurement developed by Stay Motivated®, LLC. Results are confidential and reviewed internally.

Effective Date: 01/26/2026 EXECUTIVE READINESS SNAPSHOT™ (TERI™) TRANSLATION SESSION POLICY Last Updated: ____________________ This policy governs participation in the Executive Readiness Snapshot™ (TERI™) Translation Session, offered by Stay Motivated, Inc.™ and facilitated by Nichole “TheGr8Motivator™” Singleton, Executive Strategist. By scheduling or attending a Translation Session, you agree to the terms below. Purpose of the Translation Session The TERI™ assessment is accessible through the ThinkBig Lounge. The Translation Session is a complimentary, optional clarity session designed to help participants interpret their TERI™ results and gain executive-level understanding. This session is: Educational and interpretive in nature. Focused on clarity, not execution. Not a guarantee of outcomes, advancement, or program eligibility Access vs. Execution Services Completion of the TERI™ assessment or participation in a Translation Session: Does not grant access to execution services. Does not include consulting, coaching, or implementation. Does not provide entry into ThinkBig Hub or advanced program. All execution-based services within the ThinkBig Suite™ require separate enrollment, approval, and/or investment. Consent Requirement: TERI™ Translations are not provided unless the required consent box is checked on the official TERI™ form. This consent confirms: The participant’s request for interpretive insight. Understanding of the educational nature of the Translation. Acknowledgment of intellectual property boundaries. If consent is not provided, no Translation will be delivered. Scheduling & Participation: Sessions are scheduled through the Stay Motivated, Inc.™ booking system. Availability is limited and subject to change. Sessions begin on time; late arrivals do not extend session length. Repeated no-shows may limit future access. Intellectual Property All TERI™ frameworks, language, scoring logic, interpretations, and methodologies are the proprietary intellectual property of Stay Motivated, Inc.™ and Nichole “TheGr8Motivator™” Singleton. Recording, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
