By accessing, enrolling in, or participating in any ThinkBig Suite™ program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All materials within the ThinkBig Suite™ are proprietary intellectual property of Stay Motivated, Inc.™, including but not limited to:

TERI™ (ThinkBig Executive Readiness Index™)

Execu-PAR™
-
Curriculum, videos, worksheets, and assessments

Branding, language frameworks, and program structures
Participants may NOT:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials
-
Teach ThinkBig frameworks without authorization
-
Create derivative programs using ThinkBig intellectual property
-
Share downloads or login access
Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal enforcement.

5. COMMUNITY & PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
Participants agree to:

Maintain professionalism and respect

Engage constructively within program environments

Protect confidential discussions
-
Avoid harassment, solicitation, or disruption
Stay Motivated, Inc.™ may remove participants whose conduct undermines the learning environment.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY
Participants acknowledge that:

Discussions may include business ideas and personal experiences

Cohort trust depends on professional discretion
Participants agree not to disclose confidential participant information outside program environments.

7. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
Unless otherwise stated:

Program purchases are non-refundable once access is granted

Complimentary access holds no cash value

Payment plans must be completed according to agreement
Failure to complete payments may result in suspended access.

The ThinkBig Lounge™ is a community and readiness environment designed to introduce leadership concepts and prepare participants for deeper executive development.
The Lounge provides:

Community engagement

Foundational leadership exposure
It is not a certification or advisory program.
Access & Use

Access may be free or subscription-based.
-
Community participation must remain respectful and professional.
-
Promotional solicitation without authorization is prohibited.
Stay Motivated, Inc.™ may remove members who disrupt community integrity.
Content Use
Materials shared in the Lounge remain protected intellectual property and may not be redistributed.
THINKBIG HUB
Program Nature
The ThinkBig Hub™ is a structured 12-week executive development program focused on clarity, structure, and leadership decision-making.
Participation requires active engagement and completion of program components.
Program Expectations - Participants agree to:

Participate honestly in assessments

Engage thoughtfully with program materials

Respect cohort confidentiality
